Turquoise : post additive manufacturing furnace

Vacuum heat treatment for materials produced by 3D printing

The ECM Technologies’ Turquoise furnace is a horizontal vacuum furnace from the ECM Lab Solutions range that is specifically designed to heat treat alloys prone to oxidation. This system is particularly adapted to a clean environment integration, thanks to its molybdenum hot zone and  its fully metallic insulation. Both of the aformentioned characteristics ensure clean treatments without any risk of pollution. The Turquoise resistor’s design ensures perfect homogeneity, but the main asset lies in the easy loading system. The design of this furnace allows for external loading, with a load directly conveyed by the door of the furnace. The horizontal design simplifies the manipulation of parts during the loading and unloading phases, which makes it convenient for laboratory, university, and R&D centers. Moreover, this loading platform has been designed to meet the specific needs of additive manufacturing.
